My private practices are meant to familiarize you with the postures, improve your alignment in the poses for safety and stability, and take you places within your mind and body that will challenge you to find your center, greet your ego, and let go of whatever is holding you back from living the life you desire. Yoga is a transformative practice that will improve your health, increase your strength and balance, and bring you to a peaceful state of mind. We will practice asana, pranayama (breath work), and meditation at a pace that is suited perfectly to you.
