If you’re in need of some peace in your life (and who isn’t?), come practice yoga with me. I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and hold several certifications including a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher through Moksha Yoga in Chicago. I also travelled to India to study at the Krishnamacharya Yoga school where I learned practices that I’d love to share with you. I offer private as well as group instruction.
