What are you waiting for? I’m shocked sometimes to hear why people are putting off getting started with their workouts:
- I need to lose weight first (Um, what???)
- I’ll start Monday (got any particular Monday in mind???)
- I’ll workout when I get the kids into school (wouldn’t an hour away from the kids help you take care of the kids???)
