Group Yoga Classes

Whether you want a “No Sweat” experience or a Powerful Flow, come join our yogis and yoginis for a shared practice. The pace for “No Sweat” hatha yoga is slow and sweet. We meditate, we breathe, and we stretch. Level 1 yoga is for the more experienced yogi or yogini who likes a more physically challenging practice. This yoga class is based on learning the foundations of practice with a strong on alignment and breath guided movement.
