My fitness classes are multi-level so you can workout at the correct pace for you, while my yoga classes reveal your inner strength and release your energy zapping tension. Whatever your current fitness level and health goals, my classes will get you there. Unless noted otherwise, classes and private sessions are at my private home studio.

3-8 people with a varied class format using hand weights and basic equipment. Cardio and strength training. You will blast calories and build muscles in a highly uncompetitive environment!
After a long day at work, this hour will help you transition back to your peaceful self. This gentle class incorporates detailed explanation of poses, diaphragmatic breathing and deep relaxation. Equally satisfying for a first time attendee to the experienced practitioner.
Strength & Softness
For people with familiarity of the basic poses and ability to get up and down off the floor without too much effort. Focusing on finding the edge between effort and ease, we practice Sun Salutations, standing, balance, twisting, and back bending poses sometimes incorporating a vinyasa style. As always, you are encouraged to work at your own pace and to do what you can. This class will leave you feeling stronger, balanced and relaxed.
