  • Salad Dressing
  • Nuts

Here’s the fun part!

Take your wrap, bread, or even lettuce leaf.

Choose something from each of the boxes.

Go crazy with veggies!

Go easy on fats and proteins.

Add seasonings you like – taco, greek, basil for example

Roll up wrap.

Run out the door.
